We Scored Some Goals! – Did You Predict That??
Another home match has come and gone, and thanks to a couple more loan strikers (we have 8 strikers in total!!!) we managed to get some goals against Dartford. Sadly for the Hereford faithful the Darts managed to hit the net as many times with the game ending at 2-a-piece. The conference table isn’t looking great for us but the prediction league table can make up for it in many ways.
So, out of our 132 total competitors, we had 108 predictions, 95 of which were expecting an upturn in form with a HUFC victory, just 3 competitors thought we’d have our third defeat in a row, leaving a mere 9% correctly predicting the draw.
Only 1 competitor correctly predicted the score-line of 2 all, so congratulations to Pricers Princesses who also moves the most positions due to the 5 points picked up, a total 22 places gained. The 9 predictors who went for a 0-0 or 1-1 score-line picked up 3 points for predicting the draw and a bonus point for the correct margin (nil). Nearly half of our predictors predicted 2 HUFC goals with 53 bonus points awarded to those positive people, it was impossible to obtain the final type of bonus point for the inverse score-line.
So how did that affect the table? The top 6 have not altered at all with Barney Rubble still leading the way by two points from Kick in the Bulls who is in turn another 2 points ahead of Hereford Bulls 78 who has a 3 point cushion to 3 further competitors. To see how you are getting along click the Prediction League Tab at the top of this page and click on the preview table.
In the October Monthly Table, LoopyLou leads the way with 12 points from the first 3 games of this month, Bigglesbull has dropped to second for the month on 10 points so far, there are a further 6 contestants a point further back in joint third. Yet there is still chance buy cymbalta for every single member of our prediction league to claim the monthly prize with a further 25 points still available before November is upon us, with the Barnet game on Saturday followed by a DOUBLE POINTS FA Cup fourth qualifying round match followed by the last game of the month against Salisbury which is also a DOUBLE POINTS round.
