Members are reminded that the HUST Board has called a Special General Meeting this Thursday, to discuss a number of important issues. The agenda was announced on 26th May and will be as follows:

1. Apologies
2. Minutes from February Special General Meeting
3. Crawford Shares Discussion
4. Election Policy
5. Confirm AGM date – 20 October 2016
6. Amendment of Constitution

In respect of items 4 and 6, documents containing pertinent information are available for download below, along with a copy of the minutes from February’s SGM and a further copy of the Trust’s report on the Crawford Share Issue.
