HUST Ballot on the Crawford Share Issue

Dear Member,

HUST wishes to conclude a matter arising after foundation of Hereford FC. This concerns the emergence of a fifth benefactor or investor. Information on this is available for download below in the form of a ‘Built Environment’ report from Hereford FC (Appendix 3) and HUST’s information for members. Your HUST Board gives notice we will open a vote on this on 16 June 2016 for one week, voting electronically where possible. Further voting instructions will be sent out. Meantime there is an opportunity to discuss this at an SGM on 9 June.

Your HUST Board recommends acceptance of the proposal. We have outlined what we see as the advantages and disadvantages for your consideration.
