Arrangements for the ballot on the Crawford Share Issue
Further to the SGM held on Thursday 9th June, The Board of HUST is pleased to be able to inform members of the voting procedure that has been put in place.
Voting will open on Thursday 16th June and close at Midday on 23rd June.
The result will be verified at The HUST Board meeting that evening and the result published.
Voting will be electronic for those members with verified email addresses. Members who have not given HUST a verifiable Email address will receive a postal ballot paper.
The vote is being run by an independent third party, ElectionBuddy, who will issue each member with a unique link to the voting site. The link may only be used once to vote, when used it cannot be used again.
IMPORTANT: Some web browsers may treat the voting email as spam as it contains a link to an external site. This is quite common and is a feature designed to protect your privacy. Each Board member has tested the voting procedure and has found it safe and reliable. MEMBERS ARE ASKED TO CHECK THEIR JUNK AND SPAM FOLDERS for the Email from ElectionBuddy if it does not arrive in their normal Inbox on 16th June.
Documentation that was issued to the SGM will be available online on the Trust website https://www.hufctrust.co.uk as soon as possible.
If you have any problems relating to the voting procedure or right to vote in this ballot please Email membership@hufctrust.co.uk quoting your membership number if possible.
