Chris to chair Working Group to Election Day

Due to a number of new opportunities for his business, Jon Hale has reluctantly stepped down as acting chair of the working group in order to concentrate on expanding his family run firm. Having already lost the services of Jon’s brother Will to the expansion at an early stage in the Trust’s birth, the working group is disappointed to lose someone of Jon’s ability and standing but fully understands and accepts his decision. Jon has had a key role in getting the Trust where it is, and his role in the Trust’s formation will not be forgotten.
Acting Vice-chairman Chris Williams, a Principal Lecturer at the University of Wolverhampton, has moved up to replace Jon and take the group to the inaugural elections on November 14th. It is hoped that both Jon and Will, who have both signed their families up to the Trust and pledged their ongoing support, will be able to offer their assistance down the road as both still have much to offer the Supporters Trust and the enhancement of the club as a whole.
