IMPORTANT NOTICE for Member purchase of tickets for FA Cup on Friday 8th December 2017

All applications received ONLINE or via POST by 12pm today have been entered onto the Membership List.

ANY MEMBER not in receipt of their Membership Card who wishes to purchase a ticket for the Fleetwood REPLAY, should provide proof of payment OR proof of Identity & Address, via one of the following:

• Paypal Receipt

• Driving Licence

• Passport

• Utility Bill

• Bank Statement

Keith Hall will be at the Club to administer the HUST purchases and will have the latest up to date list of members as of tonight.

Anyone who is NOT listed on the latest Membership List, who has applied after 12pm today will be at the discretion of HUST.

All outstanding Membership Cards will be posted out over the next 14 days (Christmas Post permitting) so please be patient.

IF YOU HAVE A MEMBERSHIP CARD – PLEASE BRING IT WITH YOU TO AVOID UN-NECESSARY DELAYS
