Board Minutes Secretary

The HUST Board at its meeting on Thursday 30th April 2015, discussed the current and future workloads of the Trust and identified a number of activities that we would like to seek help with from our membership. Others will follow but this is the first of those requests for help; the appointment of a Minutes Secretary for our Board meetings.

The commitment for the role would be to attend one Board meeting each month and other occasional ad hoc meetings as and when required if convenient.

The volunteer we are looking for is someone who would be willing to attend and record minutes of our meetings on the last Thursday of each month and circulate promptly to Board members. Someone with experience and an understanding of the role of a Minute Secretary would be preferred.
