Like almost all Hereford FC supporters, we are still pinching ourselves that following such a traumatic year, our football team has won through to a Wembley FA Trophy Final!
HUST would like to thank the management, coaching staff, the players, and all those behind the scenes on their fortitude in delivering such a splendid achievement. Congratulations everybody!
We just do not know what attendance thresholds will be set for UK sports events in the next months but remain hopeful that a sensible compromise can be made to allow at least some fans to see their team live. For many, this could well be the first time this season, and what a venue to accomplish it!
The new ‘Wembley shirt’ looks the part. We understand that events during these ‘Covid times’ has affected even an established supplier like Adidas, who have had some manufacturing issues. This is a rare occurrence we hope, and we know that the Club does not want to overburden supporters with replica shirts especially during these days of furlough and money being tight. We are confident that the Club has a handle on arrangements going forward.
Meantime let us sit down with that cup of tea (or something stronger!) to savour these moments that are rare for any football supporter.
