HUST NOMINATED DIRECTOR 2025 TO SERVE AS A HERFORD FC DIRECTOR ON THE CLUB BOARD

HUST is pleased to update members on the outcome of the recent interviews for the vacant HFC HUST Nominated Director position. There were two applicants for the post.

After review, HUST would like to confirm that Tony Taylor will continue in the role, and nominate that he should join the Hereford FC board for a period of 3 years. As per the HUST Nominated Director Policy (8.5), HUST members are now invited to put forward any well-founded objections to this nomination. HUST welcomes member feedback on this decision. Any members with any views or valid objections are invited to provide evidence to HUST’s Independent Governance Secretary, Nick Frith, via email to secretary@hust.org.uk by 28th June 2025.

CO-OPTION TO HUST BOARD

We are pleased to advise that Andy Lawrence has been co-opted onto the HUST Board. Andy is currently in the teaching profession and is well known around the Club as a volunteer. He brings further strengths to the HUST Board.
