UITC Thanks HUST For Match Sponsorship

UITC Chairman Nick Nenadich has thanked HUST for our sponsorship of Wednesday’s HFA Giantkillers Cup win over Malvern Town.

HUST paid for the rental of Hinton FC’s Broomy Hill ground and the match officials, allowing UITC to earn just over £300 from admission fees and a raffle with more than 100 paying spectators and dozens of kids on a chilly but dry evening. We were all entertained by a good performance from Rob Purdie’s team with both sides being clapped off the pitch after a game played in the right spirit. They have been draw away to Bromyard Town in the next round of the Cup, with the game expected to take place in January.

The UITC side will visit to the County Hospital Childrens Ward just before Christmas. The visit is now set for Friday 19th December, with UITC seeking donations of chocolate selection boxes and Santas to be handed over on the visit. Donations can be taken to the Town Hall and handed to the Custodian.
