Election Night & Open Forum Agenda
The Hereford United Supporters Trust is pleased to confirm that an Election Night and Open Forum will be held on Thursday, November 14th in Radfords, Edgar Street, Hereford HR4 0JU with a 7.30pm start time.
After introductions, a process outline will follow from the Election Management Group together with a report from the Independent Electoral Examiner; Roger Groves (Shrewsbury Town Supporters Trust).
Each of the seven nominated candidates will then be put before members.
Chris Williams will issue a Chairmans Report updating members with progress to date, before Jack James gives his Treasurers Report.
From 8pm all supporters are welcome to attend an Open Forum.
All members are asked to bring their membership cards.

A members only meeting will commence at 7:30 pm.

Open Forum:
An open, public meeting will take place from 8pm to canvass opinion as HUST aims “to preserve and promote professional football in Hereford and the wider community of supporters, and to encourage supporter involvement with dialogue, fan representation on the board, and share ownership.”
All supporters of Hereford United Football Club and the wider football community are welcomed as HUST seeks to provide a strong, pro-active, and independent voice for supporters. The meeting aims to begin the process of raising awareness of the Trust. Supporters input will help shape its future direction, and help raise funds to support its aims and objectives.
